Who this is not for
Three real disqualifiers. If your only filter is the lowest price, volume clinics in Turkey and here in Belgrade will quote less, and you should go with my blessing. If you genuinely cannot make a short second trip within a year, the permanent teeth cannot happen properly, and you should know that now. And some medical conditions, like uncontrolled diabetes or recent chemotherapy, make implant surgery unsafe; mention them on the consultation and we will talk straight about whether a path exists.

Will I really be able to eat an apple and a steak?
Yes, with realistic timing: soft-to-normal food during the healing months on your temporary teeth, then everything once the permanent set is on. Full-arch implants restore around 90% of natural biting force. A denture gives you maybe 20 to 25%.
All-on-4 or All-on-6, how many implants do I need?
Your 3D scan decides, not a sales target. Four is enough for many jaws; some need six for the support to be right. You get the real number on your consultation, and the price difference in writing before you fly.
Do fixed teeth feel like a denture I can't take out?
No. A denture presses on your gums and covers your palate, which is why it moves and dulls taste. These are anchored in your jawbone like natural roots. Most patients tell me that within weeks they stop noticing them entirely.
