When several things are failing at once

Most dentists pull teeth that could have been saved. I do the opposite.

A mixed case, some teeth missing, some broken, some still salvageable, is the work I do most often and the work I am best at. The answer is never "extract everything and start fresh." It is: save what can be saved, replace what is truly gone, and do all of it in one coordinated plan, in one trip. Most combined cases at Aponia land between €5,000 and €11,000 all-inclusive.

Quotes that make no sense

One dentist tells you it is €4,000 of work. Another says €15,000. A third sighs at your scan and suggests "just extracting it all", and you walk out feeling like a problem nobody wants to actually solve.

You have been adding it up too: the bridge that failed after eight years, the crown that cracked, the root canal flaring up again. Money spent, and a mouth that still does not feel finished. A combined case does not need another patch. It needs one person to look at everything at once and make one plan.

The decision tree

How I decide what happens to each tooth

  1. Save it if it can be saved.

I perform endodontics, root canal treatment, in a single session where most dentists need two or three. A woman once came to me after two months of appointments elsewhere. We finished everything in one day. The only exception is an active infection, which takes up to three sessions.

  2. Protect what stays.

Weakened but living teeth get crowns, in the same top-tier ceramics as my smile work, so they last.

  3. Replace only what is truly gone.

Implants go where a tooth cannot be saved, placed by me as an oral surgeon. If implants are part of your plan, you fly home with fixed temporary teeth on them and your final crowns on everything else, then return once for a light 2-to-3-day visit after the bone heals.

Why the price is a range

€5,000 to €11,000, and why I cannot be more exact here

A patient with two implants, six crowns and three root canals costs something different from a patient with one implant, four crowns and no endodontic work. Quoting "from €X" on a webpage and revising upward after you have paid for a flight is exactly the trick this practice was built against. So here is what I can say for certain: most combined cases land between €5,000 and €11,000, all-inclusive. Send me your photos and X-ray, and within 48 hours of the consultation you have your exact plan and your exact price, locked in writing.

Combined case questions

Asked on almost every mixed case

Why can't a combined case have one fixed price on the website?

Because every combination is different, and one number would be a lie. Most cases land between €5,000 and €11,000 all-inclusive. Your exact figure comes in writing after your scan, before you book anything.

Can my teeth really be saved instead of extracted?

Far more often than most patients are told. The easiest money in dentistry is the tooth that gets pulled when it did not have to be. I do not take that money. Extraction is my last option, not my first quote.

How long does it take?

Usually 5 to 7 days in one trip. If implants are in the plan, their permanent crowns come on a light 2-to-3-day return visit after the bone heals; everything else in your mouth is already finished.

Is a root canal in one visit safe?

Yes, with the right training and equipment; it is a specialization of mine. The exception is an active infection at the root, which takes up to three sessions. You get the straight answer after your scan.

Does it hurt?

No. The painlessness guarantee covers every procedure here, in writing: if I break it, full refund plus your travel home.

One person. One plan. Your whole mouth, finished.
