Were you told you don't have enough bone for implants? You were told wrong.
You remember the appointment. A dentist you trusted pointed at your X-ray and said there is not enough bone. Maybe they offered a bone graft and two years of waiting. Maybe just a denture. Here is what they did not tell you, probably because nobody trained them for it: they were right about standard implants. But standard implants are only part of the field.
Your scan decides between two paths
I cannot tell you from a webpage which path is yours. That is what your panoramic X-ray or 3D scan is for, and reading it takes me minutes. Here is what both look like, with real prices.
If you still have some usable bone
I place All-on-4 implants at angles that grip whatever healthy bone you still have, combined with two tuberopterygoid implants. Those anchor in the dense bone behind your upper jaw, exactly where most dentists are not trained to place implants. Six implants in total. One surgery. Fixed teeth the same day. No grafting.
| All-on-4 plus two tuberopterygoid implants, with fixed temporary teeth | €6,000 |
| Permanent metal-ceramic teeth, on a short return visit | €2,500 |
| Total per jaw, metal-ceramic | €8,500 |
| Titanium-zirconium teeth instead (strongest option) | €9,750 total |
Like all implants, these need 6 to 12 months to fuse to your bone. You wear fixed temporary teeth the whole time, never a denture, and come back once for a short visit with no surgery.
If you have no usable bone at all
The path for the cases everyone else refuses. Your implants are custom-made individual implants, designed in a specialist laboratory in Croatia from a 3D scan of your specific jaw. Every angle, every length, every anchor point is engineered for your bone and nobody else's, manufactured under EU medical-device standards, then placed in a single surgical visit with your fixed teeth the same day.
| Custom implants designed and made for your jaw, with fixed teeth on the day of surgery | €12,000 |
| Recommended upgrade to permanent metal-ceramic teeth | €2,500 |
| Total per jaw, metal-ceramic | €14,500 |
| Titanium-zirconium teeth instead | €15,750 total |
One single-day visit for the scan and any extractions, a few weeks while your implants are designed and made, then one 5-day visit for surgery and your fixed teeth.
The exact number of implants and the final price depend on your scan. You get the locked figure in writing before you book a flight, and most no-bone cases involve only the upper jaw, where bone is lost fastest. Not sure which path is yours? The 2-minute quiz sends your personal breakdown and a €150 consultation credit by email.
What you were offered instead, and what it costs
The real comparison for a no-bone case is not another implant clinic, because most turned you away. It is the path you were probably offered: bone grafting first, then implants. Across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland that runs €19,000 to €33,000 per jaw and takes 12 to 24 months, with months of healing between each phase.
Both of my paths skip the grafting and the waiting entirely. Not by cutting corners. By using implants that work with the bone you have today.
Is this safe? Be skeptical. Then verify.
- Tuberopterygoid placement is a recognized surgical technique
Used by trained oral surgeons internationally. It is not experimental. It is simply not taught in general dentistry, which is why most clinics cannot offer it.
- Custom-made jaw implants are documented in peer-reviewed literature
Including multi-year follow-up studies of 3D-designed titanium implants for severely atrophic jaws, published in clinical journals. On the consultation I will send you the studies so you can read them yourself.
- The laboratory is a specialist EU medical-device manufacturer
Based in Croatia, supplying clinics across Europe. You get its name on the consultation, so you can check everything before you decide anything.
Waiting makes this specific case worse
Bone that is not stimulated by teeth or implants keeps dissolving, month after month. People who qualify for the simpler Path A this year can find themselves needing Path B two years later. Every month of "I'll deal with it eventually" quietly moves you toward the more involved option.
If you are going to check whether this is possible for you, check now, while your scan still shows the most options. The consultation is free and commits you to nothing.
Asked before, answered straight
How can you place implants when another dentist told me there is not enough bone?
Because we are not using the same implants. Path A anchors in dense bone behind your upper jaw that standard implants cannot reach. Path B uses implants custom-built for the exact shape of your remaining bone. Your dentist was right about what they could do. They were wrong about what is possible.
Do I need bone grafting first?
No. That is the whole point of both paths. Grafting adds 12 to 24 months and thousands of euros, and for most no-bone cases it exists only because the clinic has no other tool. Both of my paths work with whatever bone you have today.
Will I be without teeth at any point?
No. On Path A you get fixed temporary teeth on the day of surgery. On Path B your fixed teeth go on during the same visit as your surgery. You never fly home toothless, and nothing you wear comes out at night.
Does it hurt?
You are fully sedated by an anesthesiologist, a professor from the VMA military medical academy, and you sleep through the procedure. Painlessness is the founding rule of this practice, guaranteed in writing: if I ever break it, you get a full refund and your travel costs home.
How long does each path take?
Path A: one main visit of about 4 days, then a short return visit after 6 to 12 months for the permanent teeth. Path B: a one-day scan visit, a few weeks while your implants are manufactured, then a 5-day visit for surgery and your fixed teeth.
What if even this cannot help my case?
Then I will tell you that on the consultation, straight, before you spend a euro on a flight. Roughly 1 in 3 cases I review, I turn down. I do not bring people to Belgrade to disappoint them.
